Filing a notice

- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- The URL/location of the allegedly infringing material;
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent information.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
